1. DOWNLOAD practice document here.

2. Save document in the desktop folder with your name. Be sure to put it in the folder for the first six weeks.

3. Watch the video above. It would be helpful to have two windows open. One with the document you just downloaded and another with the video.

4.  Once you have downloaded the document, saved it and watched the video do the following:

• Change the left and right margins in this document to 1 in. 
• Next, put current date in this document where indicated. 
• Last, remove the name, Douglas H. Ruckert and put your name in the letter at this point. 
• Make a chart that is titled - How Many Hours A Week I Work On The Computer
• When you have double checked for spelling errors and made sure you have followed all directions print and turn into Mrs. McNutt.

• Dates of Trip - (You may not miss school) you must be gone at least 5 days

• Photo of Person/Persons who are traveling with you. Remember you have to pay the entire trip for whoever you decide to take.

• How you will travel to airport, train station, or bus stop, and cost of gas

• Cost of transportation to Orlando

• Cost of bags if flying

• Car rental cost

• Cost of gas for car rental

• Cost of food and pictures for the entire trip

• Cost of entertainment with photos

• Cost of Souvenirs

• Cost of hotel, condo, or house rental

• Summary page with total cost of trip

• If you have money left over how will you spend it?

Grading

Are all of the words spelled correctly?

Is everything capitalized that should be?

Is the presentation interesting and full of photos?

Are all the the logos of companies you will be using included?

Is the design of the presentation pleasing?

Can the words be easily read?

Is all the required information included?
